A convoluted medical bill payment process is a major pitfall for both the patient as well as the medical provider. Fortunately patients and providers who use the Information CCI portal for online medical bill payments won’t have to worry about being driven up the wall by such a process. An easy online payment can be initiated upon arrival at the portal by entering a Reference Number along with the first 3 letters of the last name. Once both of the required pieces of information have been entered the Login button can be clicked to proceed with taking care of the bill. Those who prefer to navigate the Information CCI portal using Spanish can change languages by using the drop down box posted under the login fields. Users with questions for CCI can begin by clicking the Contact link posted at the top right hand side of the portal.

After clicking the Contact button users will be directed away from the Information CCI portal login to a page that displays the company’s contact information. It should be noted that CCI does not accept email correspondence about accounts that are in collection. Those with electronic documents or paperwork are encouraged to sign into the portal and revisit the contact page so they can be sent securely.
