JC Penney is allowing customers to gain access to rebate forms through a designated webpage. One of the first things the customer will notice upon arriving at the page is a break down of the rebate process. Customers will first need to locate the name brand and item purchased on the extensive list provided on the page. Once the item is located the customer will need to confirm the day of the purchase as shown on the receipt from the purchase or confirmation email. When the customer clicks on the title of the product a rebate form for the corresponding product will appear. The customer will have the opportunity to either print or save the rebate form at this stage of the process. After the customer has decided to move forward with the process he or she will need to fill out the rebate form by hand. Supporting documents are required at this stage of the process so hopefully the customer will still have the purchase receipt on hand. Customers that do not have the copy of the receipt on hand can fall back on the trusty old order confirmation email received at the time of purchase. Customers can also login to the JC Penney website to reprint the order confirmation if necessary. Finally, once the form is completed and the supporting documents are found, the customer will simply need pop the form in the mail by the postmark date listed.
