Every so often an online portal provides access to not one, not two, but THREE different types of users. An example of this type of portal can be found in the Live Well Rewards Center. Team members of Walgreens, Healthcare Clinic, and Option Care can now access their benefit accounts online by logging into the portal using a User ID along with an account password. It should be noted that the login credentials used to enter the portal will be the same used to access the Live Well Benefits Store as well as any medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage information. After completing the login the ability to link Live Well Rewards Center accounts to Your Total Rewards statements and the Live Well Benefits Store is provided. In addition, team members who have logged into Live Well Rewards Center can confirm Health Reimbursement and Flexible Spending account balances, get information about the Added Benefits program, and learn about other perks.

Team members who can’t remember their Live Well Rewards Center User IDs or passwords should try not to panic as the credentials can be recovered by clicking on the Forgot User ID or Password? link found on the login page. The last 4 digits of a Social Security Number and date of birth must be entered to confirm identify prior to beginning the login information recovery. Likewise, a Social Security Number and date of birth must be entered to begin the process of creating an account by new users who have yet to gain access to the Live Well Rewards Center. Those with questions can try reaching out to the Benefits Support Center between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.
