- Sunglass Hut has designated a website for customers to complete a customer experience survey
- Customers who complete the survey will receive $25 off regular price-purchases of $150 or more
- Survey can be completed in either English, French, or Spanish
Now shoppers can share their shopping experience directly with the retailer by completing this quick and easy online survey at the designated webpage set up by Sunglass Hut. To get started all the customer will need to do is find their purchase receipt and locate a few simple bits of information. The first piece of information the customer will need to locate is the Store Number which can be found on the middle-left side of the receipt. Next simply scan the receipt for the date and time of the purchase which will be near the center of the receipt. Step four is to locate the associates name which can be found under the store number. The last bit of information needed to get started is the amount spent during the purchase. As on most receipts the amount spent is found at the bottom of the paper. Once you have found all of the needed information simply enter the information in the designated fields listed on the webpage and you are then ready to rock and roll.
Once the customer completes the survey he or she will be given a validation code which expires on February 28th, 2015. This offer is available at Sunglass Hut stores nationwide excluding Sunglass Hut stores found inside of a Macy’s store. Further, this offer cannot be combined with any coupons, discounts, or other promotional offers. Customers please be careful as the offer will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
