Ace Hardware Store customers can let the store now how they feel about about the service they received at their recent store trip by completing an online survey. To get started customers will need to boot up their computers, go to the Ace Hardware Store survey website, and pull out the receipt from their last visit.
The first piece of information the customer will need to find is the Amount Spent. Once the customer is done scanning the receipt and finds the correct amount they will need to type that amount into the Amount Spent field as shown on the survey webpage. The next needed piece of information is the time of visit which may be a little harder for customers to find. The time of visit should be shown towards the upper part of the receipt. Once located the customer will need to choose the appropriate answer in the Time of Visit drop-down box found on the survey webpage. Once the time of visit is entered the customer will need to next enter the date of the visit in the Date of Visit field. The date of the visit can be found next to the time of the visit near the top of the receipt. The Journal Number will need to be entered next. This number can be found near the center of the receipt. Finally, the customer will need to set his sights towards the bottom of the receipt and find the store number. Once found the customer will simply enter the store number into the Store Number field. After the store number is entered the customer will be allowed to start filling out the survey.
If at anytime the customer has problems locating any of the previously talked about information he or she can refer to a handy receipt image found on the survey webpage. This receipt image highlights where the information can be located on the receipt.
