First, in order to activate your card you’ll need to click the Activate Card tab at the top of the Visa Prepaid Processing Center. Once yo do, you should see a blank space. You guessed it, enter your card number to proceed!

However, there are ZERO fees associated with transactions. Additionally, you’ll be charged ZERO fees when withdrawing from a TD network ATM. Meanwhile, out of network ATMs will charge $3. By the way, if you have a TD checking account the $5.99 monthly fee will be lowered by 3 bucks (so think about running to the bank to set one up!).
