When it comes to something as important as a claim, the last thing anyone needs is to be left in the dark (being left in a dimly lit corridor is no fun either). Luckily those who have been directed to the Claim Look Up page can shine a great big bright light (albeit a figurative one) on the situation. Claims being managed by Sedgwick can now be looked up using the Via One Express portal after logging in with a username and account password. Those who have forgotten an account password (relax, it even happens to the best from time to time) can begin the recovery process by clicking the Forgot Username or Password link and entering a username before clicking the Next button to proceed. Users who have no clue as to what the username is will need to go directly to the technical support line for help. Those who need to sign up for initial access can begin by clicking the New User link posted at the Claim Look Up page (the link is located underneath the username and password entry fields).

After clicking the New User link, an online registration form will appear that must be completed with a first name, last name, date of birth, email address, last 4 digits of a Social Security Number, and home zip code prior to hitting the Next button to continue with the account registration process. Those who want to learn more about the portal can do so by reviewing the information found under the About link posted at the bottom of the Claim Look Up page. Users in need of technical support can call between the hours of 6 AM and 7 PM Central Time Monday through Friday (sure beats the standard 9 to 5!).
