The act of looking someone in the eyes and sharing exactly how one feels about them isn’t at the top of most individuals to-do lists. Thankfully this uncomfortable act can often be taken care of through the anonymity of an online customer survey. Those who have recently made a trip to a Byron location can now let the hamburger joint know what they thought of the experience by filling out the short online survey available at the Dear Byron page. Participants will have the opportunity to review information on how cookies are used to collect information before clicking the Continue button to proceed with the feedback process. Upon completion of the survey the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a chance to win an eye-popping £200 worth of Byron Bills will be presented. A Brief Review of the Terms and Conditions
- Draw open to residents of Great Britain who are 18 years of age or older and customers of any Byron location
- Each month of the promotion a prize of £200 Byron Bills will be awarded (only 1 entry per person per month)
- Prize winners will be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the draw (the prizes are NOT transferable)
- Those who cannot be contacted within 24 hours risk losing their prize to another entrant by disqualification
It should be noted that the drawing will be random and conducted by an independent adjudicator from among all eligible entries.
