The lawsuit is entitled Gehrich v. Chase USA and JPMC Bank and is case number 1:12-CV-5510. The case will be tried in the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. The lawsuit CLAIMS Chase bank made phone calls to customers using a automated telephone program without customer consent. An automated telephone program is defined as a telephone dialing system that uses artificial or prerecorded voice calls and is very annoying to a consumer (the reason they are outlawed).
