Kroger family of stores associates can now access information and news by logging in through a designated Great People Me webpage. After arriving at the webpage associates can login by entering their Enterprise User IDs and passwords into the appropriate fields.
Associates that are struggling to remember exactly what their Enterprise User ID is can click on the Whats This? link found on the Great People Me webpage near the Enterprise User ID field. After clicking the link a pop-up box appear that explains the Enterprise User ID is the same ID that is used for many company systems. Associates that still cannot remember their Enterprise User ID are encouraged to contact their manager or an Information Security contact at their work location. Associates should keep in mind that their Enterprise User IDs are not case-sensitive (it doesn’t matter if the letters in the ID are typed in uppercase or lowercase).
Another issue associates may encounter during the login process is password recollection. Associates that have racked their brains but still cannot remember their passwords can click on the Whats This? link found on the Great People Me webpage near the password field. After clicking the link a PassPort Express pop-up box will appear that allows associates to change their passwords or create a new one. To change or create a password associates will need to enter their Enterprise User ID in the appropriate field and then click the Continue button. Before making a password change or creating a new password associates will need to answer a few security questions to confirm their identity. Associates that need help with this process can pick up the phone and dial 800-952-8889. Associates will need to say “password” or hit 20 when prompted in order to get help with the password change or creation process.
