- Online access for bill payment through designated webpage
BJC patients that do not want to waste the time and paper needed to complete the bill payment process through the regular mail can now pay their bills through an easy and convenient online process. To get started on taking advantage of the online bill payment process patients will need to click the power button on their computers and surf over to the designated online payment webpage.
Upon arriving at the designated webpage patients will see a field in which they will need to enter the PO Box number from the address on their billing statement in order to proceed. After entering the PO Box number found on the billing statement, patients will be taken to a page where they will need to confirm that the address shown matches the address on the billing statement. Once the address is confirmed patients will need to click the Yes button found on the page. After clicking the Yes button, patients will be directed to a form that requires basic payment information to be entered in order to complete the payment. In the Patient Information section patients will need to enter their account number, first name, last name, and date of birth. In the Payment Information section patients will need to check whether they want to pay by eCheck or Credit Card. Once the payment method is selected, patients will enter the card holder name, billing address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, email address, card type, card number, expiration date, CVN, amount, and personal memo. Once all of the required information is entered patients can click the Next button to move forward and confirm the payment information before finalizing the payment. After the payment is finalized patients will receive a receipt.
