Panda Express Survey

Panda Express now has an online survey available for customer’s that want to let the restaurant know how they felt about their most recent dining experience. To get started on tackling this survey customers will need to cruise over to the survey’s designated webpage.
Upon arrival at the survey page customers will be asked to provide the four or five digit store number that can be found near the top of the purchase receipt from the latest visit to the restaurant. Once the store number is entered the customer will be taken forward to a page where the location of the restaurant will need to be confirmed. Next the customer will need to verify the order number which can also be found on the purchase receipt. An image of a receipt is shown at this point in the survey to assist customers that may have trouble finding the order number. After entering the order number customers will need to verify the date and time of the visit. Once the date and time is verified customers will also need to confirm if the order was a dine-in order, a take out order, or a drive thru order. On the next page customers will need to let the restaurant know how full the majority of trays on the serving table were at the time of visit. At this point in the survey customers will encounter a sliding scale of satisfaction where the visit will have to be rated on a 1-5 scale. Customers that have more to say will be given the opportunity to elaborate the reasoning behind the rating by writing in the blank field provided on the next page. On the next page customers will need to verify if they were greeted upon arrival, offered a sample of a food item, and offered a beverage. To finish off the survey the customer will return to the sliding scale format and rate the satisfaction level of different aspects of the visit.
