- Patient Accounts works patients, doctors, and insurance carriers to help make life easier for portal users
- Patients can review all of their account information and make online payments after logging into the portal
- Professionals are willing and able to assist with requests for itemized bills, account balance inquiries, and other billing questions or concerns
- A number of credit cards are accepted for user convenience including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
- Personal information stored on the web site is limited only to those who enter the account number and access code found on patient statement
- Any information submitted by patients will be kept confidential and used only for billing purposes
Patients should note that it is important to confirm their health insurance information after logging into the Patient Accounts portal as it will be needed to ensure payments are processed promptly and accurately.
