Rock Bottom Listens
- Store number is required to begin the survey
- Parent company contact information available
When it comes time to buckle down for an honest look in the mirror, many companies are now asking customers to do the reflecting. Rock Bottom Brewery’s customer satisfaction survey is a perfect example of this type of out of the box thinking. Customers who don’t mind lending the establishment a helping hand can begin the survey by going to the Rock Bottom Listens page and entering the store number shown on a recent purchase receipt (hint: the store number will be 4 digits in length). Once the store number has been entered the Next button can be clicked to move forward to the meat and potatoes portion of the feedback process. Those who are concerned with privacy issues (when it comes to the survey) can review the Privacy Policy by clicking the link posted at the bottom of the Rock Bottom Listens page.
