The Cornell University Food and Brand Lab is looking to help food service managers improve the lunchroom by increasing participation in lunch and breakfast programs, decreasing food waste, and increasing intake of fruit and vegetables. In order to get it done the university is asking food service managers to participate in an online survey. This significant project to help improve lunchrooms is backed by the USDA with funding.
Busy food service managers will not have to worry about this survey being long drawn out process that takes up a significant amount of time as it can be completed in just a few minutes! Once the survey is fully completed the food service manager will be entered into a potentially lucrative drawing for a chance to win one of two $500 Visa gift cards!
The survey can be operated with the greatest of ease as the participant will be able to move forward trough the survey in two easy ways. After answering the question the participant will simply click on the Next button at the bottom of the page to proceed forward to the next question. Alternatively, participants can hit the Enter button on their keyboards to move forward to the next question.
To go ahead and get started with the survey participants will need to locate the letter they received regarding the survey. Once the letter is found the participant will need to scan the letter for the unique access code listed. After finding the access code the participant will simply enter it into the field provided. Once the access code is entered the participant need to will click on the Begin Survey button to get started.
