Shipping Validation

As if the pleasure of receiving a fresh new package wasn’t enough, customers now have a chance to add the “cherry on top” by winning a $50 credit to go towards their next order. Customers who aren’t too bashful and don’t mind sharing some information about the order they received can complete a feedback process at the Shipping Validation page to be entered into a monthly prize draw where the winner will be granted with the $50 credit. To get started with the feedback process customers will need to go to the Shipping Validation page and enter a validation code, date the order was received, condition of the item (by drop down box), and any additional comments they may have. 3 optional survey questions (2 drop down box questions and 1 yes or no question) can be answered to wrap up the shipping validation feedback process.
What options are provided in the drop down boxes?
- 1 Star – The lowest of all possible ratings means “poor”
- 2 Stars – A rating that is not satisfactory but only “fair”
- 3 Stars – The item or experience is deemed “satisfactory”
- 4 Stars – Things are not only satisfactory but even “good”
- 5 Stars – The highest of all possible ratings is “excellent”
The optional survey questions ask customers to rate their representative on the service provided, rate the overall service provided, and confirm if there are plans to make another purchase in the future. When the feedback process has been completed the Validate Your Shipment button posted at the very bottom of the Shipping Validation page can be clicked to submit the information. It should be noted that the prize draw for the $50 credit will be completed at first of each month and only winners will be notified.
