- Meatloaf – Served with mashed potatoes, green beans, BBQ demi-glace, grilled Italian bread, and crispy onion strings
- Ponzu Glazed Salmon – Atlantic salmon served with sticky rice, stir-fried vegetables, and a side of tangy Ponzu sauce
- GC Classic Cheeseburger – 1/2 lb steakburger piled high with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pickles
