Uno’s Pizzeria and Grill wants to get a hold of some valuable customer feedback and has set up a designated survey webpage to assist in the process. Customers wanting to participate in the feedback process will need to check their recent purchase receipt for a survey code to get started. The survey codes are handed out randomly on the receipts so guests who receive a code should feel lucky they have been chosen to participate in this process. Once the customer locates the survey code found on the receipt the Start Guest Survey button will need to be clicked.
After clicking on the Start Guest Survey button the participant will move on to a page that will allow for a section of either the English language or the Spanish language. This page also contains a link for customers to click if they want to view the privacy policy.
After choosing the language of choice the customer will move ahead to a page where the eight character survey code found at the top of the receipt can be entered to begin the process. On this page customers will be informed that they will receive a voucher that can be used at their next visit to Uno’s Pizzeria and Grill in exchange for the valuable feedback! Participants will need to be aware that the voucher will need to be printed or saved to their computers as they will lose access to the voucher once the voucher page is closed. Overzealous customers that have already taken the survey in the current month may need to pump the brakes a bit as the survey is limited to one survey per household per month.
