Verizon Quick Fix
- Allows a customer to troubleshoot a technical glitch in relation to a Verizon Phone, FiOS TV, or Internet service
- The service also allows a customer to create a repair request or check an existing Repair Status
- The website is operated by Verizon Communications Inc. – 140 West Street, New York, NY 10007 – 212-395-1000
When using the Verizon Quick Fix service the customer will first attempt to fix the issue without Verizon customer service assistance. In the event the Verizon Troubleshooter service cannot resolve the issue the customer will be given an opportunity to create a repair ticket or contact a VZW technical support team agent.
View Repair Request
- Allows a customer to check the existing trouble ticket or service appointment
- Reschedule or cancel a service appointment
- Check the status of a replacement device
- The Verizon Troubleshooter will need their VZW phone number on hand when using the view repair request service
Common Technical Issues
- No dial tone when attempting to make a phone call
- Cannot make or and receive a phone call
- Adding an additional email account
- Noise or static on all calls
- No picture when turning on the TV
- Certain channels not working
- DVR not working
The service also allows a customer to Download a In-Home Agent to get help even if the user is not connected to the Internet and live chat service at no cost the customer. Please note there may be a cost associated with a in home visit by a service agent (sometimes this fee is waived depending n the technical issue).
